According to Nickelodeon.com, the event is "celebrating the amazing work of some of the most inspiring teens, but we're flipping the script and bringing in Hollywood's biggest stars to honor them." The people who are nominated all receive prize money to continue working on their efforts. The show is also supposed to prove that it's not just adults who make a change.
